My name is Tristan Hobbes and I currently work as an Assistant Sports Information Director at Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I. I came to Bryant after earning my Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University in December of 2010.
Prior to BU, I was a four-year member of the Eastern Connecticut State baseball team. In my four years we won 3 LEC Titles, 2 Regional Titles and appeared in 2 D3 World Series.
Those four years were the best years of my life and baseball has been in my blood since I was born. When you combine those two things you get this blog.
Woohoooo!!!
Once a Warrior, always a Warrior, Tristan. We miss you, though!! xo
Tristan, – first wanted to wish you the best of luck at BU!!!! I will miss you at ECSu (not really – glad you are no longer playing) _ It was a pleasure to face off against you and the Warriors for all these years. – Great job on the blog and I wish you the best of luck in the future. I have alwayys enjoyed your broadcast of ECSU events. I expect it to be an interesting year in the NE region this spring.

Coach Howe,
This means alot coming from you. You run a class program and it was always fun playing you guys. We certainly saw each other enough over the years. I hope all is well and yes, this year will be an interesting one in New England.
Thanks again,
Tristan
